The story behind ECK Jewelry Design is one of resilience! I pursued a career in a male-dominated industry, working in construction as a quality control inspector. I took pride in doing the right thing, even when it was uncomfortable. When I uncovered serious issues on the job, I had a choice: stay quiet or speak up. I chose integrity—and it cost me my job. But that loss sparked something in me. I realized I could no longer rely on others to shape my future. That moment of resilience pushed me to build something of my own—and I did.
